What is the Everyone-In-One initiative?
Growth is not an option, it’s an imperative. When Paul told the church at Ephesus to “in all things grow up into Him who is the head” (Eph. 4:15), he was telling EVERYONE to be “built up” into a unity of faith and knowledge. He was teaching that EVERYONE
has an important role to fill in the growth of the church. If the Kingdom of God was going to grow, EVERYONE must grow. That doesn’t happen in a vacuum! It happens in GROUPS!
In order to accomplish our mission of developing disciples and nurturing a loving community of faith each person must do his part. The body of believers must join together and be built up so that we are equipped to serve and share the gospel with south
Charlotte and the world. Ephesians 4:16 says when the body joins together in Christ it grows and builds itself up in love “as each part does its work.” The Everyone-In-One initiative is based on the principle that EVERYONE being involved IN-ONE group is important to the growth of the Kingdom of God.
Guess what? You are one of those ‘everyones’!!

More about Group Life
How do groups accomplish the goal of building up the body and thus fulfilling Sharon’s mission to make disciples and to nurture a loving community? All of our groups, whether they meet on Sunday morning, Sunday night or throughout the week are designed to be theological, missional, relational, and restorational. While every group takes on it’s own unique
characteristics based on the members and purpose of the group, each strives to include all 4 areas. By so doing, Group Life @ Sharon helps carry out our mission.
